General Functionalities

$Fortune will be employed for different functions in Ryoshi Dynasties as well as to offer different services in Ebisu’s Bay marketplace. First of all, it will be used to provide incentives in the form of rewards to users trading specific NFT collections on our marketplace. These rewards will take place in the form of bonus tokens for specific actions, such as listings tied to the NFT collections in question.

Secondly, it will provide access to staking and governance opportunities through the gamified DAO system that is Ryoshi Dynasties. In fact, this gamified experience will be the mechanism through which the aforementioned rewards will be allocated to NFT collections. This choice was made to add a Social-Fi aspect to Ryoshi Dynasties, further stimulating the growth of our ecosystem, as different communities get to team up and challenge each other as well as develop more innovative ways to interact and ensure their NFT collections be rewarded.

Platform Rewards

$Fortune will be the main method through which we will reward users’ participation on the platform. Different NFT collections will be chosen to be recipients of bonus tokens. Therefore, users will be able to obtain $Fortune for listing the NFTs that are part of the winning collections during the specified period.

Collections receiving bonuses as well as the bonuses themselves will be chosen on a weekly basis through the gamified voting experience. The rewards that each collection receives are dependent on said collection’s points earned in the game:

• The more land a collection controls, the more points earned;
• Factions can earn more points by receiving troops from their communities and supporters.
• Some land is worth more points than other land, so it’s important to gather and control the most important territory;
• Rewards will go into a locked wallet for the duration of the season. They can be withdrawn before the season ends but withdrawing early will burn your tokens in a linear fashion (i.e. day 1 of season burns 99% of token, one quarter of the season burns 75%, etc. till final day of season burns 0%);
• Factions must control sections of the map to give weekly rewards to their community.

DAO

Ryoshi Dynasties provides an innovative gamified system of platform governance with rewards for participation.

As a DAO, Ryoshi Dynasties provides a game experience wherein users get to vote on which collections receive incentivized rewards on the Ebisu’s Bay Marketplace.

This way, projects’ communities can battle for the Bay’s bountiful rewards and individual players get to allocate their vote to their favorite project while winning rewards for themselves!
