To better understand how liquidity pools work, you can visit Liquidity Pools.

Once you’ve decided to add liquidity, you can follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Ryoshi Swap - Pools (ensure you are in the “Pool” tab).

  1. Click on “Create a Pair”.
  2. Choose the 2 tokens you wish to pair. If your token is not on the Token Whitelist , then you will need to manually import the token first. You can learn how here: How to Import Token.

  1. Remember that to create a pair you must add equal value of both coins into the pool. Our DEX will automatically make this calculation. Simply add the desired amount of tokens under “input” and the equivalent will appear for token #2. When you are ready, click on “Supply”. Note: It does not matter which token is on top and which is on bottom.

  1. After you click on “Supply”, you will get a summary window to show you what you are about to agree to. Notice that you will receive “Pool Tokens”. These tokens will be a representation of your share of the pool. Once you are ready, click on “Confirm Supply”.

  1. You may then proceed to sign your wallet transaction. Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, you will have successfully added liquidity to the pool.
  2. Once the LP is created, you will be able to view and manage it under the “Pool” tab.
