Attacking

Standard Units

Cost: 1 Koban per troop Mechanic: Standard units function as they currently do in the game. Battle Probability: 50% chance to win a battle. Battle Card Chance: 50% chance to receive a battle card upon winning. Example: When a player deploys Standard Units using Koban, they engage in combat by rolling a standard six-sided dice (d6). Winning the battle grants them a 50% chance of earning a battle card.

Beserker Units

Cost: 1 Mushroom per troop Mechanic: Berserkers are fatal but powerful. They fight until they die and require two losses to be defeated. Battle Card Chance: 30% chance to receive a battle card upon winning. Example: Deploying Berserker Units with Mushrooms enhances their combat ability. They continue attacking in a battle until they lose twice. Despite their strength, they have a lower chance (30%) of earning a battle card.

Elite Units

Cost: 1 Elite Battle Supply per troop Mechanic: Elite units have a +1 modifier to their dice roll, making them more likely to win battles. Battle Card Chance: 50% chance to receive a battle card upon winning. Example: When a player uses Elite Battle Supplies for their troops, they gain an advantage in battles with a +1 modifier to their dice rolls. This increases their chances of winning, and they have a 50% chance of receiving a battle card.

Healer Units

Cost: 1 Lesser Healing Potion per use Mechanic: Healers have a chance to revive a portion of troops lost in a battle. Battle Card Chance: 40% chance to get a a battle card upon winning. Revival Probability: 15% chance for troops to come back to life and remain on the control point after the battle. Has a 10% chance to block defensive damage. Example: Deploying Healer Units with Lesser Healing Potions gives a 15% chance that they will come back to life on the control point after battle. (ie. 100 troops die will result in around 15 remaining

Defending

Drawbacks

  1. It is impossible to delegate more troops to an army while it is fortified.
  2. A fortified army can not be relocated.
  3. A fortified army can not attack, it can only defend (unless with heroes explained below).
