Control Points

The map of control points is heavily inspired by Risk. Factions must control sections of the map to give weekly rewards to their community. The objective of the game will be to gain and retain control of locations on the map. Factions that control points by each snapshot (5 minute intervals) will earn points. Complete points guide can be found in the Continuous Points section of this guide.

Some control points are worth more than others, such as those on high ground or in strategic locations.

If a faction manages to control all locations within the same region at once will gain an extra “Total Control Bonus.”

<aside> ⚠️ Attention Adventurers: Due to the extreme and unforgiving climate conditions prevalent in the Kagutsuma and Kuraokami's Expanse regions, troops stationed in these areas will experience a natural decay rate. This is attributed to the harsh environmental challenges they face. Please be advised that troops deployed in these zones will undergo a steady decay at a rate of 1% per interval when having over 1000 troops deployed. Plan your strategies accordingly.

PVP

Factions may attack other factions in the same space by rolling blockchain dice. A faction must have more than one unit to attack, and can attack with up to three units at once. In the case of a tie, the defender automatically rolls.

When an attack occurs, the loser loses their Ryoshi for the week. Attacking costs Koban. Battles won will be tracked on the leaderboard.

Types of Battles

There are two primary battle types: Skirmish and Conquest.

Skirmish - Engage in a single attack using the number of Ryoshi you wager

In Skirmish, one battle will take place and the result will be calculated on the amount of Ryoshi used to attack vs. the amount of the defender’s Ryoshi. The winner is determined by who slays the most opponent’s Ryoshi. The attacker can only attack with an amount of Ryoshi that is less or equal to the amount of the defender’s Ryoshi. There is a cost of 1 $Koban per Ryoshi that you attack with. Winning battles gives the attacker a 50% probability of earning Battle Cards (Three different tiers).
